Who can use Beaten
You must be at least 13 years old to use Beaten. By signing in, you confirm that you are.
Your account and content
You're responsible for activity on your account. The game log you create belongs to you. You give us permission to store and display it to you so the service works. You can download or delete it at any time from the account menu.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, overload or disrupt the site, scrape it automatically, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
Game information
Game titles, release dates, platforms and cover art come from IGDB.com. Game names and artwork belong to their respective owners. Beaten isn't affiliated with any game publisher.
No warranty
Beaten is a free, personal project provided “as is.” We try to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything important using “Download my log.”
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Luke Whelan isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of Beaten.
Changes and ending the service
We may update these terms or shut Beaten down. If we shut it down, we'll give reasonable notice so you can download your log.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, United States.
